Saturday’s racing at Caulfield is shaping up as an action packed day with many of last season’s best youngbloods making their debuts including Golden Slipper runner-up and Thousand Guineas 2011 hopeful, Mosheen, who will have her first start with new trainer Robert Smerdon. Mosheen was one of 19 nominations for the Quezette Stakes at Caulfield this weekend, the race noted as a traditional kick-off for the most promising Group One-bound spring fillies. Smerdon stated that his main aim this spring is to take out the 2011 Thousand Guineas with Mosheen. He is confident he will do just that.
